We collect as little as we can, and only what we need to reply to you. Here is what we keep, why, and how to have it deleted.
Who we are
midweek studio is run by Matias Brogaard and Thomas Enemark Staugaard. We are responsible for the information you give us, and you can always reach us at kontakt@midweekstudio.dk.
What we keep
When you write to us through the form or by email, we receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you add it, the name of your company.
We use no cookies for tracking or statistics. The site only remembers which language you chose, and that is stored in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
Like most websites, our web host keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.
Why we keep it
We use your information to reply to you and, if you'd like, to agree on working together. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you and taking steps before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR).
Who can see it
Only the two of us. The site and our email are hosted by Simply.com, a Danish provider with servers in the EU, which handles the information on our behalf. We never sell or share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
If your message doesn't lead to working together, we delete it no later than 12 months after we last spoke. If we do work together, we keep the information for as long as we work together and for as long as the law requires, for example Danish bookkeeping rules.
Your rights
You can always ask to see the information we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or handed over to you. You can also object to how we use it. Just write to kontakt@midweekstudio.dk.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
